Tokidoki + Wedgewood

A friend and fellow artist approached me to do a series of photographs of her treasured tokidoki figurines framed in her newly acquired wedgewood tea strainers which have a decorative border on them. The contrast of the edgy and graphic toys with the  soft, decorative and classic tea strainers, somehow create an intriguing composition.

Jane specialises in illustration for kids. This is a little side project for 
custom illustration on homewares to showcase different application
ideas for her work.
She works regularly with the Wall Sticker Company, is the illustrator behind the new Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, and is represented by the Jacky Winter Group.
